The trade exchange between Saudi Arabia and Germany reached around SAR 46.6 billion, of which Saudi imports dominated SAR 44.8 billion, according to Al-Watan newspaper.
There are nearly 400 German companies investing almost $8 billion in the Kingdom.
A German delegation visited yesterday the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Eastern Province. They met the Chamber Chairman Abdul Rahman Al-Otaishan and some businessmen in the Province.
Al-Otaishan said Saudi Arabia has strong trade ties with Germany, and these ties have improved significantly over the past years.
