Northern Region Cement Co. announced that its board of directors has recommended the distribution of cash dividends for the second half of 2014 at SAR0.90 per share, or 9% of stock par value, totaling SAR 162 million.

The eligibility for the dividend distribution will be for shareholders of record till the close of trading on the general meeting date. The distribution date will be announced later.

The cement producer’s earnings rose in the fourth quarter but fell in 2014.
