Further to the announcement published on Tadawuls website on 26-02-2015 related to annual financial results of period ending on 31-12-2014, Salama Cooperative Insurance Co announces addendum as: the profit before zakat figure in the announcement dated 26-12-2015 for annual financial results of period ending on 31-12-2014 was SR 2,763 thousand and the profit before zakat figure in the announcement dated 21-01-2015 for the interim financial results for the period ending on 31-12-2014 was SR 2,254 thousand. The reason of the difference being reduction in general and administration expenses in statement of shareholders’ operations by costs incurred for capital increase which will be adjusted after completion of whole capital increase process
