The Value of the contract is based on the value of shipment which will be declared at the time of coverage The contract has been signed on 26/2/2015 corresponding to 7/5/1436,the duration of contract is one year effective March 1, 2015 and renewable based on mutual agreement, Board members Robert Eid and Abdulla al Khalifa have direct interest to the contract as both of them are representative of Arab National Bank in the company. The company hereby confirms that no preferential treatment given on this contract and it is within the usual business activity of the company
