Riyadh-Mubasher: The board of Saudi Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (Sadafco) has appointed Hamad Sabah Al-Ahmad as chairman, the company said in a bourse statement.

The board also approved reforming the audit as well as nomination and remuneration committees.
