Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Electricity shareholders on Monday approved the board’s recommendation on paying cash dividends for the fiscal year 2014 at 7% of capital or SAR 0.70 per share.

Shareholders of record on 20 April are eligible for the dividends which will be paid within a month from the date of the general meeting.
