Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) announced that Oula Fuel Marketing Co. held its rescheduled extraordinary shareholder meeting (ESM) today, Thursday, April 26th.

Shareholders approved amending Article No. 7 of the Contract of Association and Article No. 6 of the Articles of Incorporation on changing capital. They also gave the go-ahead for distributing bonus shares at 5% of paid-up capital, or 5-for-100, for FY11. Shareholders of record on the meeting date are entitled to this dividend.

Accordingly, the stock will trade ex-date as of Sunday, April 29th.
