Marzouki starts harvest season in Beja
Tunisian President, Moncef Marzouki launched, on Saturday at the production unit "Al Iadh" in Oued Zargua in the governorate of Beja), the harvest season, praising that this harvest means Tunisia is working and producing and is doing well.

After praising the farmers' efforts, Marzouki expressed his hope that "Tunisia will one day harvest what all what it has grown after the Revolution," adding that the country is now trying the best to ensure harvest in the political field and various other fields. Many expect that Tunisia will harvest a record of wheat compared with the past ten years, according to Tunisia African Press agency.

Forecasts project on the achievement of a wheat crop worth 3.8 million quintals, with areas down estimated at136,000 hectares. Some 41 collect centers have already been set up, with a storage capacity of about 2.5 million quintals.
