Chairman of Al Mehanya for Real Estate Investments and Housing Co PLC, Eng Majed Al Tabba’a, said that the company accomplished positive results in the first six months of 2014, and net profits after taxes in this period hit JOD 608 thousand against JOD 95 thousand losses in the same period of the last year.

Net cash flow of profits amounted JOD 1.65 million against JOD 523 thousand losses in the first half last year.

Al Taba’a added that the company’s assets increased by 2% to JOD 49 million and the operating revenues contributed to the revenues increase of more than 93%.

The company turned to profits of JOD 479.9 thousand in the second quarter this year compared with JOD 148.85 thousand losses in the second quarter of 2013.
