In its statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM), Oman Agriculture Development announced that its Board of Directors convened on August 25, 2014 and approved the Company’s unaudited financial statements for the first quarter ended July 31, 2014.

The Company reported a loss before tax of OMR 73,374, compared to a profit of OMR 16,181 during the same period in 2012.
