Al-Masaken International Real Estate Development recorded a rise by 3.5% in its earnings during the fiscal year 2014.

The firm’s net profit totaled KWD 1.47 million (about $4.91 million) in 2014, compared to KWD 1.42 million (about $4.75 million) in the previous year.

Al-Masaken posted earnings worth around KWD 556,000 in Q4-2014 against KWD 684,000 in Q4-2013, plunging by 18.7%.

The board of directors recommended a cash dividend of 6% or six fils per share.
