Amman-Mubasher: Jordan Emirates Insurance (JEIC) posted JOD 735,600 ($1.04 million) in net profits for the fiscal year 2014, against JOD 285,800 ($402,800) in net losses a year earlier, the company said in a bourse filing Sunday.

The insurer cut accumulated losses to JOD 2.08 million from JOD 2.74 million.

The Amman-listed company had posted JOD 252,900 in net profits in 2012.
