Al-Masaken International Real Estate Development will hold its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on 7 May to review the board’s proposal of paying 6 fils per share for the fiscal year ended 31 December, 2014.

Some articles of the company’s association and statute will be considered to change, Al-Masaken said in a bourse filing.

The company posted KWD 1.47 million earnings in 2014, compared to KWD 1.42 million in 2013.
