The board of Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) accepted the resignation submitted by independent board member Abdul Aziz Saleh Al-Saghyir, who stepped down from his position due to health reasons.

The company said that it will announce the appointment of a new board member at a later date.

The appointment will be discussed by shareholders in their upcoming general meeting, Mobily said.
