Bank Sohar has authorized Arab Banking Corporation to arrange for a $250-million loan as the sole arranger and bookrunner for the loan syndication, with duration of three years.

Sohar will pay a margin of 120 basis points over the London interbank offered rate (Libor).

National Bank of Abu Dhabi has also mandated the corporation to handle a $400-million contract.
