Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Properties has revealed plans to build a new residential tower in its mixed-used Dubai Wharf project at investments worth several billion dirhams in the heart of Dubai Creek.

The new tower is part of Dubai Wharf’s four-tower mid-rise development with views of the Dubai Creek, the company said, adding that the tower comprises more than 200 units including studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Road networks, internal bridges and electricity sub-stations are now complete, marking a milestone in the progress of the master development, said Dubai Properties.

Work for infrastructure-related services is scheduled for completion by the end of June and includes sewerage, irrigation, storm water and potable water.

“All permanent infrastructure is now in place for plot owners and developers to commence work. Landscaping work will be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2016,” according to the company’s statement.

Sales of Dubai Wharf apartments will start on Thursday at DP sales and customer care centre at Ras Al-Khor.
