Muscat Securities Market’s (MSM) benchmark index ended Tuesday in green, gaining 0.20% or 12.46 points to close at 6390 points.

Sharia index rose by 0.27 points to settle at 987.93 points.

Industrial sector topped the gainers by 0.23%, while the financial sector led the decliners by 0.03%.

MSM’s turnover stood at OMR 2.85 million, as the trading volume reached 8.80 million shares traded through 565 transactions.

Oman and Emirates recorded Tuesday’s most active stock, on which 1.975 million shares were traded with turnover reaching OMR 215.21 million.
