Cairo-Mubasher: Solb Misr recorded EGP 1.5 billion in losses over two years on higher prices of gas and electricity and rise in worker salaries, said Chairman Gamal El-Garhy.

He called on the government to maintain investments worth EGP 150 billion in the steel sector, noting that the government should support the gas prices.

El-Garhy also said that the companies do not have enough liquidity to export gas, adding that it is difficult currently to float the company's shares on the Egyptian bourse.
