Al Eid Food shareholders gave a nod to distributing bonus shares of 11% at 11-for-100.

The  food and beverage distributor posted net profits of KWD 1.13 million in 2014, up 9.7% from KWD 1.03 million a year earlier.

Kuwait-based Al Eid Food is capitalised at KWD 9.05 million, distributed across 90.50 million shares at KWD 100 fils par value each.
