Al-Qurain Holding will be delisted from the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) as of 13 December 2015.

The delisting decision was taken at the company's extraordinary general meeting which was held on 7 January 2015.

The Kuwaiti multi-sector holdings firm earlier said that its net profits jumped as much as 465% to KWD 595,110 in 2014, compared with KWD 105,330 a year earlier.
