Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) said the executive committee gave the go-ahead for holding negotiations over acquiring a medical supplies factory in partnership with an investment company and an institution specialised in medical products.
The company's management was authorised to conduct the relevant study and take the legal and financial procedures, in addition to submitting a report to the board within three months.
