A meeting of Board of Directors of ACWA Power Barka SAOG (the Company) was held on 15th June 2015. The Board unanimously made the following decision:

1. The Board reviewed and approved the unaudited financials of the Company for the period January 01 –April 30, 2015 with revenues of RO 14.096 Million as compared to RO 11.719 Million for the same period in 2014. The net profit for the period January 01 – April 30, 2015 was RO 2.466 Million as compared to RO 2.833 Million for the same period in 2014.
2. The Board approved the distribution of 12% cash dividend amounting to RO 1,920,000 (Rial Omani One Million Nine Hundred and Twenty Thousand Only) based on the retained earnings as per audited financial statements as at 31^st December 2014, and authorized Mr. Ahmed Al Subhi and/or Mr. Usman Anwar to sign necessary documents and statements for payment of dividends. The record date for distribution of dividend is June 25, 2015.
