Dubai – Mubasher: Ajman Bank said its board will meet on Thursday afternoon to discuss and approve the bank’s financials for the second quarter of 2015, according to a bourse filing.

The Dubai-listed Islamic bank previously reported a surge by 88.35% in net profits for the first quarter of 2015 to AED 25.86 million ($7.04 million) compared to AED 13.73 million ($3.74 million) in Q1-14.

While annual profits for 2014 recorded soaring profits by 573.6% to AED 71.4 million, from AED 10.6 million in 2013.

The bank recently revealed that it received the title ‘the fastest growing bank in the UAE’ and ‘the fastest growing bank in the Middle East’ for 2015 by Banker Middle East, a subsidiary of CPI Financial.
