Mubasher: Despite reaching a third bailout for Greece, there are major risks about Athens' potential exit the euro zone, said Mohamed A. El-Erian, chief economic advisor at German's Allianz.

He added that the short term road map agreed upon between Athens and international creditors must be implemented flexibly, Lebanon's news agency reported.

The crisis will continue in the long term, the economist said, noting that it is not easy to rebuild an economy and the restructure of the banking sector is costly.
