Riyadh-Mubasher: Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance recorded net earnings of SAR 9.8 million in the second quarter ended 30 June, against losses of SAR 9.8 million a year earlier.

The insurer also posted net income of SAR 11.8 million for the six-month period ended 30 June, versus losses of SAR 26.3 million in H1-14.

The company attributed the profits to rise in net earned premiums and decline in net incurred claims.
