Cairo – Mubasher: Investors in the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) will see the following events related to their listed companies Sunday:

Today is the record date for Pioneers Holding right issue in the framework of its capital increase.

Earlier, Pioneers announced that it will increase its issued capital from EGP 2.5 billion to EGP 3.350 billion by EGP 850.8 million, through issuing 170.16 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.

The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) will open the OPR market for 10 working days starting 2 August to place the sell and buy orders on DBK Pharmaceutical.

DBK Pharmaceutical decided to launch a private placement for 37.29 million shares, or 25% of capital, as well as an initial public offering for 1.4 million shares, or 10% of capital, on the Egyptian Exchange.

The company’s board set the price for the private placement and the IPO at EGP 3.25 per share.
