Mubasher: Greece's huge debts remain a major concern for Europe, said President of the 19-member Eurogroup Jeroen Dijsselbloem on Friday.

However, he expressed hope that the Eurozone will agree on a third bailout for Athens.

"Debt sustainability is still a major point of concern, certainly for the IMF," he told reporters ahead of an extraordinary meeting of Eurozone finance ministers on Greece in Brussels this afternoon.

He added that the IMF will look at that and we will look at it in October so that the IMF can come on board also, the official added.

He described the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Greece and its international creditors agreed on Tuesday for another bailout of 85 billion euro as a very extensive document with major reforms.
