Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) reversed Tuesday’s upward trend, losing as much as 2.10% or 158.59 points to 7,384.46 pts.
Accordingly, the bourse’s losses year-to-date reached 948.8 points.
Turnover reached SAR 7.5 billion, compared with SAR 10.3 billion on Tuesday. Trading volume amounted to 374 million shares, exchanged in 160,000 transactions.
All sectors declined, led by the media which dropped by 5.96%, followed by the multi-investment which slumped 5.03%. The real estate development tailed the list, edging down 0.49%.
As for equities, 149 declined, led by Tihama which plunged by 10%. Thimar followed with a loss of 9.88%.
Meanwhile, 14 stocks rose, topped by Gulf Union and Budget which climbed 4.17% and 3.92%, respectively.
