Riyadh-Mubasher: Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) said it submitted its brief on Thursday supported by additional documentation to the secretary of the arbitral tribunal in response to Zain’s legal documents sent on 13 July.

Pursuant to the arbitration procedure, Zain has one month from receiving Mobily’s brief to submit a reply, according to a bourse statement submitted on Thursday.

On 16 August, Mobily said the arbitration tribunal gave the company additional 15 days to prepare a written response to the legal documents provided by Zain in a dispute over the amounts owed by Zain to Mobily.

Mobily has been in dispute with Zain over SAR 2.2 billion Mobily says it is owed under a contract by which the former would provide services, including domestic roaming and site sharing to the latter.
