Cairo-Mubasher: Arab Polvara Spinning & Weaving Co. posted EGP 51.21 million ($6.6 million) net loss for the first half of 2015, down 8% year-on-year from EGP 55.7 million ($7.13 million) logged in the same period a year earlier.

The first-half revenues declined to EGP 44.1 million, from EGP 107.2 million in the first half of 2014.

The spinning firm earlier posted a 29.6% rise in its losses for Q1-15 to EGP 29.6 million, compared with EGP 22.5 million in the year-ago period.
