Riyadh-Mubasher: Zain KSA said it received on Sunday Mobily’s memorandum and some documents from the secretary general of the arbitration panel, regarding a dispute over the amounts owed by Zain to Mobily.

Mobily submitted a memorandum last Thursday, supported by additional documents, to the arbitration tribunal in response to Zain’s legal documents sent on 13 July.

Mobily has been in dispute with Zain over SAR 2.2 billion Mobily says it is owed under a contract by which the former would provide services, including domestic roaming and site sharing to the latter.
