Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2015 & Distribution of Dividend

(A) The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 30 August 2015 has approved the audited financial statements of the Group and Parent Company for the year ended 30 June 2015.

(B) The Board recommends to the Annual General Meeting, proposed to be held on Tuesday, 29th September 2015, to distribute cash dividend of 27% (0/027 baizes per share) of the paid up capital to the shareholders who are registered in the Company’s register with Muscat Depository & Registration Co. on the date of the Annual General Meeting.
