Amman-Mubasher: Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) closed in the red on Monday, weighed by the financial and services sectors, losing 0.55% or 11.6 points to reach 2,097.59 points.

Turnover reached QAR 10.8 million after 8.1 million shares were traded through 3,659 transactions.

The financial and services sectors fell 0.7% and 0.43%, respectively, while the industrial index rose 0.06%.

Comprehensive Land Development and Investment was the worst performer, losing 4.8% to JOD 1.98, while General Investment Company topped gainers, rising 7.5% to JOD 3.01.
