Kuwait – Mubasher: Manafae Holding said it obtained the approval of its shareholders, in an extraordinary general meeting held Monday on offsetting KWD 1.95 million accumulated losses.

Thus, the company’s accumulated losses will shrink to KWD 2.1 million.

The company’s shareholders also gave a nod to decreasing capital to KWD 10 million from KWD 20.09 million.
