Cairo-Mubasher: Beltone Financial Holding's right issue was covered 95.06% in the first phase, with a subscription of 95.06 million total shares for a total value of EGP 190.1 million.

The number of the unsubscribed stocks reached nearly 4.94 million or 4.94%.

Beltone posted an increase of 38.9% to EGP 5.7 million in net profits for the first quarter of 2015, up from EGP 4.1 million for the same period of the previous year.
