Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Financial Market’s (DFM) benchmark opened Thursday in the green, boosted by the bullish performance of the real estate, banking and investment sectors.
The index rose as much as 1.73% or 60.87 points to 3,574.82 pts at 10:30 UAE time.
Analysts told Mubasher that the UAE stock markets need real incentives currently, in order to overcome global economic fluctuations.
The services sector was the top advancer, leaping 3.64%. The sector was boosted by Amanat and Tabreed which jumped 3.78% and 3.36%, respectively.
The investment sector ranked second with a rise of 2.68%, as Dubai Investment and Dubai Financial Market gained 2.6% and 3.09%, successively.
Turnover reached AED 107.65 million, after nearly 58 million shares changed hands in 1,190 transactions.
