Mubasher: Asian shares extended their decline on Friday, as investors were cautious ahead of U.S. jobs data.

Japan's Nikkei fell 1.9% after earlier plunging 3.2% to a seven-month low of 17,608.17 points.  

Chinese markets are closed on Friday for a holiday to commemorate the end of World War Two.
