Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of National Real Estate Bank for Development approved the company’s board earlier suggestion in respect to amending the company's dividend payout.

Accordingly, the company will distribute bonus shares at 1 to 9 instead of 1 to 8.

The firm's net profits declined 64% to EGP 2 billion in the first half of 2015.
