Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced approving a request from Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance to proceed with capital increase.

The company will raise capital to SAR 800 million from SAR 400 million, through 1-for-1 bonus share distribution.

The capital raise will be financed from the company’s retained earnings.
