Cairo - Mubasher: Arabia Investments and Financial Investment Holding Co. said the company's investment committee has discussed the potential investment opportunities within different fields.

The committee reviewed preliminary business offers submitted by Beltone Financial within food, finance and energy fields, said the company in a bourse statement.

The firm reported net profits of EGP 6.24 million in the first half of 2015, compared with EGP 16.56 million for the same period of the previous year.

The company is capitalised at EGP 440.2 million, distributed across 440.2 million shares at EGP 1 par value each.
