Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) is working on amending three laws expected to be finalised by the end of 2015, said Obaid Al Zaabi, the deputy chief executive at Securities and Commodities Authority.

On the sidelines of ADX annual conference "Going Public: Towards Sustainable Partnership", Al Zaabi added that the laws are related to governance, investment funds and IPOs.

The new amendments will include everything related to funds such as approving the issuance prospectus, licensing and inspecting bodies that provide services to these funds.
