Mubasher Financial Services (MFS), a leading brokerage house in the Middle East, won two prestigious awards at The Global Investor/ISF Middle East Summit Awards 2015 ceremony held on October 28 in Dubai.

The annual summit, powered by The Global Investor magazine, judges the performance of the financial providers of both the assets management and assets service sectors in the region, as it’s assessed and analyzed by a panel selected from the magazine in partnership with experts from around the region.

Mubasher was named the best equity research provider in the region and the best financial broker in United Arab Emirates in 2015.

Wael Darweesh, Managing director of MFS in UAE, received the best financial broker award, saying “it’s a great honor to receive this prestigious award which strongly recognizes the perfect performance of MFS in technology and trading platforms, as well as MFS’s superiority in the services provided to both individuals and businesses clients,”.

“The awards also asserts the prominence of MFS in providing brokerage services that cover 78 regional and global markets, which represent the biggest and broadest online trading network for investors in the GCC countries,” Darweesh added.

Amr Hussien El-Alfy, head of research sector at MFS, received the best equity research provider award.

 “MFS continues scoring world class awards for the services it provides to its clients. We are glade for receiving this award this year,” El-Alfy said.

The financial service provider earlier received the best broker award in Dubai Financial Market after developing the trading application for smart phones, and the best retail broker of the month by NASDAQ Dubai, the Middle East’s international financial exchange.
