Cairo –  Mubasher: The board of directors of Commercial International Bank (CIB) gave a nod to raising the lender’s issued capital from EGP 11.4710 billion to EGP 11.538 billion, up by EGP 68 million distributed across 6.8 million shares.

The capital hike comes in the framework of the employee’s incentives program.

The lender's net profits climbed 32% in the first nine months of 2015, and 37% in the third quarter of the same year.
