Abu Dhabi- Mubasher: The UAE stock markets are still facing a trend of volatility and caution that controls traders and weakens liquidity, analysts told Mubasher.

Both DFM and ADX ended Wednesday’s trading session in the green zone.

The vacillation performance is being noticed on all markets, not just the UAE’s, said capital market analyst Waddah Al-Taha.

Investors are concerned about the continuous decline in corporate performance ahead of the Q4 reporting period, and about the expectations of low oil prices, added the analyst.

Al-Taha noted that the banks sector is the best among capital markets, backed by solid liquidity.

Shares prices are forecasted to decrease in global markets amid expectations of an increase in interest rate on US dollar, which will reflect on the AED’s price, clarified the analyst.
