Dubai-Mubasher: Al Safwa Islamic Financial Services will start trading on the secondary market of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Thursday.

“Al Safwa is the first company to be listed on DFM’s secondary market, which reflects brokerage companies’ strong confidence in Dubai bourse,” said DFM Chairman Essa Kazim.

He added that the market’s management has exerted tremendous efforts over the past years to help private companies operate in the stock market environment.

Al Safwa’s benchmark price stands at AED 1 per share, with no price limits for the stock on the first day. The price limits (15% up and 10% down) will be applied from the second day.
