Riyadh – Mubasher: Wataniya Insurance Company said, in a bourse filing posted Thursday that is currently reviewing the proposals from legal and financial advisory firms to select the best offers as regards launching a rights issue.

In October, the company said it obtained the approval of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) to increase capital by SAR 100 million, which will be effected through offering rights issue shares.
