Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Baha for Development & Investment Company said Thursday it extended a memorandum of understanding signed with Al Marakez Al Rakya for a full acquisition of the company.

The MoU term was extended till 30 June, 2015, due to reviewing requirements of the capital increase with the financial advisor.

Any related developments will be announced duly, the company noted.
