Dubai-Mubasher: The U.S. dollar rose by 0.24% to $100.3 against a basket of currencies on Monday, reaching its highest in more than 10 years.
The euro declined against the greenback by 0.17% to reach 1.0575 per dollar, its lowest since 8 March.
The sterling dropped against the dollar by 0.11% to 1.5014 per dollar, its lowest since mid-April.
Meanwhile, the yen rose by 0.22% against the dollar to 123.07 per dollar, its highest since 16 August.
