Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Mohandes Insurance Co. gave a nod to distribute cash dividends of EGP 2.5 per share, for the fiscal year ended June 2015.

The coupon will be paid over two equal installments of EGP 1.25 per share; the first will be paid within one month as of date, while the second one will paid within four months as of the date of the first distribution.

The insurer reported net profits of EGP 8.8 million in the first quarter of 2015, up from EGP 3.01 million a year earlier.
