Cairo – Mubasher: Pioneers Holding Company anticipated floating its real estate developer Rooya on the Egyptian Exchange by the second half of 2016, said the company’s managing director.

Pioneers is still studying the size of the Initial Public Offering and its value, noted the company’s chief in exclusive statement to Mubasher.

 Early 2016, Pioneers has acquired 60% of Rooya’s shares for EGP 1.2 billion.
